This beginners class is perfect for those who have never stitched before as well as those who are looking for a complete refresher. You will learn basic needlepoint skills including: How to thread your needle; how to start a project using a waste knot; how to use and install stretcher bars and both the basketweave and continental stitch.
Each student will get to learn on a canvas that they have preselected and purchased from Forest Acres Needlepoint before the class date to ensure that everyone is stitching something that appeals to their personality!

(*$30 class fee is for instruction only. Students will need to come by the shop before the class date to purchase a canvas and threads for use during the class.)
